How well did I man­age my phys­i­cal, emo­tion­al and cog­ni­tive states?

I did real­ly well here today. I did not feel much while I was in the trade. I thought I was tak­ing charge and going through OODA loops to con­sid­er stay­ing with the trade and such. I did well here for the most part. The sec­ond trade I could have stayed with the trade longer as this would have scratched the trade instead of a ‑0.7R loss. 

What did I learn today?

I learned today that I should focus on my 1R trades. I am in a DD so that is okay. But I am also think­ing that often times I get 1R trades right. Then I can reassess if there is a way for me to hold on to trades longer or not. Like the scal­ing that I am learn­ing right now might allow me to get bet­ter R mul­ti­ples. But still until I am out of a DD, 1Rs it is. 

What’s one (or more) thing(s) I need to do more often?

Take trades. Make mis­takes. Only way to learn. Great job on tak­ing trades. 

What’s one (or more) thing(s) I need to do less often?

Wor­ry about any one trade. Although, I did real­ly well today.
