My weekly goals:
- Min. 3 times working out at home + mandatory cardio
- Trading rules
- M15/M30 entries and exits at 1st DTTZ, M5 entries and exits at 2nd DTTZ
- Use SL scaling in case the profit target for the setup doesn’t provide 2R for example for FA or VAA setups
- No social media / messenger apps / phone calls allowed during the trading window

I did well here. I stayed composed while in a trade going through OODA loops.
What did I learn today?
I learned that multiple narratives can be right. It is up to me to take trades every time a play sets up.
What’s one (or more) thing(s) I need to do more often?
See a setup. Take the setup. This time around I was in another trade so did not act on it. I only trade one at a time until I’m out of DD.
What’s one (or more) thing(s) I need to do less often?
Worry about results. I am taking more trades and that was my goal for this month. I am acing that one. Now, I just need to refine my entries and exits, build stats and review them. End of the month is coming up so it’s almost time!
